Another urbanisation built illegally in Marbella has now been brought into line with the town’s new PGOU local development plan, affecting 89 homes on La Corniche Urbanisation in Nueva Andalucía.
Approval for the move to regularise the properties was agreed at a meeting of the local government on Tuesday."
