"ANDALUCIA, was the Spanish region where the highest number of houses were sold in October, with 5,214, according to the National Statistics Institute. Of these, 3,896 were new properties. The lowest number of sales in Spain were seen in Mellila and Ceuta with 36 and 42 respectively."
